There is a branch of Deutsche Bank at Strandallee 93 in the centre of Timmendorfer Strand, a branch of Sparkasse at Strandallee 75a and a branch of Volksbank on Timmendorfer Platz.
Beach chairs
You can reserve beach chairs directly from the people who hire them out on the beach. We will also be happy to reserve a beach chair for you.
Bicycle hire
Bicycles can be hired from reception for a fee of €9.00 per day, with a €50.00 deposit. Please reserve your bike in advance.
Children
Children are very welcome! They can stay free of charge in their parents’ bed up to the age of 4. For an extra charge, we can provide you with an additional bed if you let us know in advance.
Conferences
The Strandgrün Golf Resort has three meeting rooms - the “Bobby Jones Room”, the “John Daly Room” and the “Walter Hagen Room”. All conference rooms are located in the Torhaus section of the building.
Cots
We are happy to provide cots for our younger guests on registration. There is a charge of €5.00 per night.
Departure
We ask for rooms to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Addresses and telephone numbers are available from reception.
Dogs
Pets are allowed in selected rooms for a fee. Please register in advance.
Dogs are allowed in our restaurants.
Dogs are only allowed on the South Course from 15:00 to 07:30 if you are playing golf. Dogs are not allowed on the North Course.

We are happy to receive emails for you for the duration of your stay. Please speak to the reception team if you require this service.

Environmental protection
This is very important to us. You can play your part, too: Switch off the light and TV when you leave the room. Turn the taps off properly. Use the basket in the room for waste paper and the basket in the bathroom for all other waste. We will only change your towels if you leave them on the floor.

Golf
As a hotel guest, you receive a 25% discount on green fees for our own Strandgrün golf course and for Hohwacht golf course.

Golf shop
A comfortable outfit and good equipment are essential for a relaxed and successful round of golf!

Our golf shop team will be happy to assist and advise you every day from 09:00 – 17:30 to help you find what you are looking for.

Parking spaces
Parking spaces for our hotel guests are located directly in front of the Landhaus, Friesenhaus and Golfblick sections of the building and on the golf course. There is a charge of €5.00 per night.
Paths on the golf course
The paths on our golf course are not walking paths. They may be used only if you are playing golf!
Risk of fatal injury from flying golf balls!

In our “Windfang” restaurant in the clubhouse, we serve regional meat and fish dishes along with classic snacks.

Trattoria del Campo
Trattoria del Campo will take you on a culinary journey to the Mediterranean.

Room cleaning
Room cleaning takes place daily between 09:00 and 18:00.
If you do not want to be disturbed, hang the “red card” on your room door. Then no one will enter your room and it will not be cleaned.
Safe
There is a safe in your room.
If required, the safe at reception is also at your disposal.
Shoeshine service
You will find a shoeshine machine in the entrance area of the Torhaus section of the building and cleaning equipment in your wardrobe.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. You will find a cigarette vending machine at Timmendorfer Strand train station (approx. 1 km).
If you breach the smoking ban in our hotel rooms, there will be a fine of €150.00.
Station
The Timmendorfer Strand railway station is approx. 1 km from the Strandgrün Golf Resort (approx. 10 minutes’ walk).

Visitor’s tax
On arrival, you will be given an Ostseecard, which you will need to use the beach, among other things. The “visitor’s tax” is added to the room bill.

We will be happy to issue a voucher for you. You can get them from our online shop or at reception.
Wake-up call
We will be happy to wake you up personally, please contact reception for this. Unfortunately, technical or human errors sometimes occur and we hope that you understand that we cannot accept any liability for problems with wake-up calls.

Wellness area
Our wellness area (indoor pool, steam bath, 60°C bio sauna, 90°C Finnish sauna, relaxation room) is located in the Landhaus section of the building (Oeverdieker Weg 20) on the 1st basement floor.
Please remember to take your bathrobe and bag of towels into the wellness area. There are no other towels available there.
