Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Batteries (E-bikes, E-scooters, etc.)

For safety and insurance reasons, batteries for e-bikes, e-scooters, and similar devices may only be charged in specially designated fireproof charging bags within the hotel. Subject to availability, we are happy to provide such charging bags for a rental fee of €5.00 per day plus a deposit. Whenever possible, we kindly ask for prior registration.

This room is freely available to members and guests. It can also be booked exclusively for events, private award ceremonies, meetings, or a relaxed end to the evening.

Golf

As a hotel guest, you receive a 25% green fee discount on our in-house Strandgrün golf course as well as at the Hohwacht golf course.

Dogs

Pets are permitted in selected rooms for an additional fee. Prior registration is required.

Dogs are also allowed in our restaurants.

Dogs may accompany you on the South Course at any time during a round of golf. On the North Course, dogs are allowed from 3:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Visitor’s Tax

Upon arrival, you will receive an Ostseecard, which is required, among other things, for beach access. The visitor’s tax will be charged to your room account.

Children

Children are very welcome! Children up to 4 years stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. Upon prior request, an extra bed can be provided for an additional charge.

Packed Lunch

Please inform the reception staff or the Windfang restaurant team of your wishes regarding packed lunches.

Parking

Parking spaces for hotel guests are located directly at the Landhaus, Friesenhaus, and Golfblick buildings, as well as on the golf course premises. The fee is €7.00 per night.

Mail

We are happy to accept and forward your mail at the reception desk. Incoming mail will be held for you at reception.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking hotel. A cigarette vending machine can be found at Timmendorfer Strand train station (approx. 1 km away).

In the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban in hotel rooms, a fee of €100.00 will be charged.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is located in the Landhaus building. It is open from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. The water temperature ranges between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Beach Chair

Beach chairs can be reserved directly with the beach rental providers. We are also happy to reserve a beach chair for you.

Conference Facilities

Golfresort Strandgrün has three conference rooms: “Bobby Jones Room,” “John Daly Room,” and “Walter Hagen Room.” All conference rooms are located in the “Torhaus” building.

Environmental Protection

Environmental protection is very important to us. If you wish, you can contribute as well: Please switch off lights and TVs when leaving your room. Turn off taps properly. Use the bin in your room for paper waste and the bathroom bin for all other waste. Towels are only changed if they are placed on the floor.

If you have forgotten something, such as a toothbrush, we are happy to assist you with various amenities. Please contact reception.

Wake-Up Call

We are happy to provide a personal wake-up call service. Please register at reception. However, as technical and human errors cannot be completely excluded, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience caused by missed wake-up calls.

Paths on the Golf Course

The paths on our golf course are not public walking paths. They may only be used during a round of golf.

Wellness Area

Our wellness area (indoor pool, steam bath, 60°C bio sauna, 90°C Finnish sauna, relaxation room) is located in the Landhaus building (Oeverdieker Weg 20) on the lower ground floor.

Please remember to bring your bathrobe and wellness bag with towels to the wellness area, as no additional towels are provided there.

Room cleaning takes place every two days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
